Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. You have the option to choose which shipping supplier you would like to use from the drop down menu. International Customers please choose standard shipping.
Q: When will my purchase be shipped?
A: Items purchased before 3:00pm PST Monday thru Friday will take 24 hours for processing and will be shipped the next business day.
*Items purchased after 3:00pm PST Monday thru Friday will take 48 hours for processing before the item is shipped the following day.
*Items purchased over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day and will be shipped the following business day.
* Express shipping purchases will receive priority processing within 24 hours of purchase and will be shipped the following business day.
*Express shipments may require phone or email verification before shipment especially if the billing and shipping addresses do not match.
* For the protection of our customers credit card information if the billing and shipping addresses do not match on your order you may be contacted by email or phone for verification before your item can be shipped.
Q: What if the item I purchased is on backorder?
A: If an item you purchased is on backorder you will be notified by email and given a time frame for arrival of your purchase. If the item will not be back in stock within an acceptable time frame the purchase will be cancelled.
Q: How much hair should I purchase?
A: With most brands 1 package yields 4 ounces of hair. Most people require 2 packages of weaving hair or 7-8 ounces of hair for full head coverage. (See Chart)
14" length hair : Weft width of approx. 90 inches
18" length hair : Weft width of approx. 60 inches wide
22" length hair : Weft width of approx. 50 inches wide

12" length fusion hair : 1 full package aprox. 200-300pcs needed
16" length fusion hair : 1 full package plus 1/2 pack 200-300pcs needed

Q: What size is the standard wig?
A: Most wigs are made in the average size of 21-22 inches. (See Chart) Measure your head circumference along your hair line and behind your ears. Petite Size : 21 inches or smaller Average Size : 21-22 inches Large Size : 22 inches or larger
Q: Can I place a phone order?
A: Yes, If you feel more comfortable placing your order over the phone. Phone orders can be placed between the hours of 8:00am-8:00pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday thru Friday at 1(888)233-1628.
Q: What if I have a problem with my order?
A: Please refer to the Policies tab to review our return/exchange policy and contact us immediatly after receiving your purchase either by email at customerservice@marcishairextensions.com or by phone, at 1-(888)233-1628 8:00am - 8:00pm Pacific Standard Time.
Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: We do not sell wholesale, however our pricing is cheaper than the retail price, and additional discounts are given to our customers who purchase in large quantities or who are business owners and licensed stylist.
Q: Do you offer referral discounts?
A: Yes, if you refer a customer that makes a purchase on the website let us know about the referral and you will receive 10% off your next order.
Q: What if I receive a error message stating that my order could not be processed?
A: This can happen if you imput the incorrect billing address or security code. Your billing address must match the billing address that is on file with your credit card company. In addition, the security code or CVV number must be imput correctly.
Q: How do I find my Security Code or CVV number?
A: The Security Code or CVV number is required for American Express,Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. This number is an added security feature to help protect you against online fraud. American Express 4 digits on front of card above your card number. Visa, Mastercard and Discover last 3 digits on back of card.
