Store Policies

Marcis Hair Extensions and Weaves offers the following Return and Exchange Policy: For sanitary reasons sales on human hair products can only be exchanged for another color or item of the same value, only if unopened and in original condition.

* Item must be returned in the original condition (unopened or handled) within 10 days of original purchase date. It is our policy to give store credit on returned merchandise. Store credit can be used for an exchange in color, or on a new purchase.

*Prior to returning your purchase email or phone contact must be made regarding reason for exchange/return. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and PRA number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

* All Sales on Clearance Items are final.

* All Sales on Lace Front Wigs are final.

* Returns and Exchanges on all other items need to made with a 15 day time period and item must be returned in the original condition (unopened or used). 

*Unauthorized returns on special orders may be subject to a $30.00 re-stocking fee.

We want all of our customers to remain happy with their transactions for months after the original transaction. If there is a problem with an electronic item past the 15 day refund/exchange period please contact the manufacture for warranty information.   

Marcis Hair Extensions and Weaves offers the following Shipping Policy:

*Items purchased before 3:00pm PST Monday thru Friday will take 24 hours for processing and will be shipped the next business day. 

*Items purchased after 3:00pm PST Monday thru Friday will take 48 hours for processing before the item is shipped the following day. 

*Items purchased over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day and will be shipped the following business day.

* Express shipping purchases will receive priority processing within 24 hours  of purchase and will be shipped the following business day. 

*Express shipments may require phone or email verification before shipment especially if the billing and shipping addresses do not match. 

* For the protection of our customers credit card information if the billing and shipping addresses do not match on your order you may be contacted by email or phone for verification before your item can be shipped.
